Lapsed Members (Members Zone)
In the instance that you sign up for a member account on our website, we reserve the right to remove your data from the website if you have not been in attendance to classes within the last 3 months. Before we remove your data, we may write to you by email to notify you of the removal of your account. Should you wish to sign up for a member account again, you may do so if you meet the member requirements as listed on the “About the Members Zone” page. Any member status privileges will restart from your membership renewal.

Age Limits / Parental/Guardian Permission (Members Zone and mailing list subscription and other)

We reserve the right to delete your data from our website/database system if we believe you to be under the age of 13 years old and/or if prior parental/guardian permission has not been obtained. We fulfil all parent/guardian requests to delete their child's data.
